These Terms of Use govern your use of bestpentestingcompanies.uk (the "Site"), operated by BugFoe Private Limited under the brand BestPentesting ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

The Site provides information about our cybersecurity services and general educational content. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, submitting false or abusive information, or scraping content at scale.
2. No unauthorised testing
Do not perform security testing against the Site or any system without written authorisation, other than good-faith research under our Responsible Disclosure Policy. Our educational content describes security testing for defensive purposes; never test systems you are not authorised to test.
3. Services
Information about services on the Site is not an offer. Engagements are governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work and/or services agreement, which take precedence over anything on the Site.
4. Intellectual property
Text, graphics, logos and design on the Site are owned by or licensed to BugFoe Private Limited. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. Third-party names and standards mentioned (for example OWASP, NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, SOC 2, ISO, PCI DSS) belong to their respective owners and their mention does not imply endorsement.
5. Third-party links and advertising
The Site may link to third-party websites and display third-party advertising on Guides pages. We are not responsible for third-party content, products or practices.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is" for general information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Site. See our Disclaimer.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory laws of the United Kingdom that cannot be excluded by agreement.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
