Overview
Cyber Essentials expects secure configuration, user access control and malware protection on every in-scope device. Our managed service keeps those controls in place day to day, so certification is not a once-a-year scramble and your devices stay protected between assessments.
Ransomware and data theft almost always follow the same path: compromise a user or device, steal credentials, escalate privileges and move laterally. Defending only endpoints or only identities leaves half of that path unwatched.
Managed Endpoint & Identity Security brings together four capabilities: Managed EDR to detect and contain threats on devices, Managed ITDR to stop identity attacks, Managed ESPM to keep endpoints hardened and compliant, and Managed ISPM to reduce identity risk such as excessive privileges and weak authentication.
Because one team sees both signals, we can correlate a suspicious login with the device it came from — and respond to both in minutes.
How our managed services work for UK organisations
- Cover through UK nights, weekends and bank holidays, when in-house teams are offline
- Escalations go to your named UK contacts by phone, email or Microsoft Teams, following agreed severities
- Monthly service reviews scheduled within UK business hours, with evidence packs for ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials and the NHS DSPT
- Data processing agreement covering transfers from the UK, using the IDTA or UK Addendum where personal data is involved

Frequently asked questions
Can we buy the components separately?
Yes. Managed EDR, ITDR, ESPM and ISPM are each available on their own; the bundle simplifies operations and reporting.
Do you replace our existing tools?
Usually not. We operate the tools you have where they are fit for purpose and recommend changes only where gaps exist.
Is this suitable for small teams?
Yes. It is designed for organisations that need enterprise-grade endpoint and identity protection without building an in-house team.
Can you support UK organisations from India?
Yes. All services are delivered remotely by our team in India. India is 4.5 hours ahead of UK time during British Summer Time and 5.5 hours ahead in winter, so our working day overlaps with yours every morning and afternoon. Testing windows and escalation contacts are agreed around your UK schedule, and 24/7 services run around the clock.
Where is our data processed?
Engagement data is handled by our team in India under NDA, with encrypted storage, least-privilege access and secure deletion at the end of the agreed retention period. We can sign a data processing agreement using the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses where personal data is involved.
