We follow the path a real attacker would take
Breaches rarely come from a single bug. Attackers chain small weaknesses — an exposed endpoint, a missing authorisation check, an over-privileged cloud role — into a path to your most valuable data. We map and test those paths end to end, then help your SOC detect them.
- Attack-surface discovery across web, API, cloud and network
- Exploit chaining to prove real business impact
- Detections built for every path we find
Manual-first testing that finds what scanners miss
Most serious breaches start with broken authorisation, abusable business logic or a chain of small misconfigurations. Our testers spend their time on exactly those problems — with tooling to extend coverage, not replace thinking.
- Every user role and tenant tested for access-control flaws
- Exploits chained to demonstrate real business impact
- Critical issues reported in real time, not weeks later
- Free retest and attestation letter for customers and auditors

What services does BestPentesting UK provide?
Forty specialist services for UK organisations: managed security (24/7 SOC, SIEM, EDR, ITDR, NOC, cloud security, vulnerability and patch management), offensive security (penetration testing of web, API, mobile, cloud, networks, WiFi, VoIP, thick clients and IoT, code review and red teaming), incident response and forensics, GRC and vCISO advisory, AI security, and security awareness training. See all services.
How much does a penetration test cost in the UK?
UK day rates typically range from about £750 to £1,500 per tester-day, so most single-application or small-network tests fall in the low-to-mid thousands of pounds. We quote fixed prices in GBP after a short scoping call. Our UK pricing guide has typical ranges.
Do you help with Cyber Essentials?
Yes. We prepare you for Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus by reviewing your controls, fixing gaps and keeping patching on track. Certificates are issued by IASME-licensed Certification Bodies. See Cyber Essentials vs penetration testing.
Are you a UK company?
No. BestPentesting is operated by BugFoe Private Limited, a cybersecurity company incorporated in India in 2021. We deliver all services remotely, with working hours that overlap the UK day and 24/7 cover for monitoring services.
Are you CREST or CHECK accredited?
We don't claim either accreditation. Most private-sector testing doesn't require one. If your contract or a public-sector buyer does, tell us at scoping and we'll say plainly whether we can meet the requirement. Read our CREST and CHECK guide.
How quickly can you start?
Most UK engagements start within one to two weeks of scope sign-off. Urgent incident response and website clean-ups can begin much sooner.
