Overview
For UK organisations, a managed SOC is often the fastest way to meet board, insurer and customer expectations for round-the-clock monitoring. Incident records and escalation logs support UK GDPR breach assessments (the ICO must usually be told within 72 hours of a reportable personal data breach) and, where they apply, NIS Regulations reporting.
Attackers don't work office hours. Real-time visibility is essential to detect suspicious activity before it becomes a breach — but staffing a 24/7 SOC with skilled analysts, tooling and processes is out of reach for most organisations.
Our managed SOC collects and correlates logs from your endpoints, servers, cloud platforms, identity providers, firewalls and applications. Analysts triage every meaningful alert, investigate context, and escalate confirmed threats to your team with clear recommended actions — or contain them directly under agreed playbooks.
We continuously tune detection content to your environment, so your team receives fewer, higher-quality alerts. Insights from our penetration testing practice feed directly into detection engineering.

Frequently asked questions
Do we need to buy a SIEM?
Not necessarily. We can work with your existing SIEM or recommend and deploy a platform that fits your budget and log volume.
How fast do you respond to incidents?
Response targets are defined by severity in your service agreement and confirmed during onboarding.
Can the SOC help with compliance?
Yes. Centralised logging, monitoring and incident records provide evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS and UK reporting obligations such as ICO breach notification and, where applicable, the NIS Regulations.
Can you support UK organisations from India?
Yes. All services are delivered remotely by our team in India. India is 4.5 hours ahead of UK time during British Summer Time and 5.5 hours ahead in winter, so our working day overlaps with yours every morning and afternoon. Testing windows and escalation contacts are agreed around your UK schedule, and 24/7 services run around the clock.
Where is our data processed?
Engagement data is handled by our team in India under NDA, with encrypted storage, least-privilege access and secure deletion at the end of the agreed retention period. We can sign a data processing agreement using the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses where personal data is involved.
